Welcome to Lushus Restaurant. We are a brand new restaurant on Wellfield Road, offering authentic and beautifully created Mediterranean cuisine for you to enjoy with family, friends, work colleagues or a loved one. With the comfortable seating, relaxing music, and Arabian style lighting, we create a wonderful ambient atmosphere at our Turkish restaurant in Cardiff, making this not only a great place to eat, but a great place to socialise, to make friends, and to try something new.
Amazing cuisine and house specials
Our head chef, has created some authentic and inspiring Turkish and Lebanese dishes for you to try. It does not matter if you are an expert on Middle Eastern cuisine or experiencing it for the first time, we are sure you will always find something new to invigorate your taste buds. Our current house specials are:
Lobster tails
We take the time to make sure your lobster tails are seasoned and broiled perfectly, and they come served in an uncluttered way with lemon juice, paprika, and olive oil.
Lamb Chops
Grilled lamb chops with mixed herbs. Grilled over charcoal.
Chicken Shish Taouk
Specially marinated pieces of succulent chicken breast grilled over charcoal.

As well as the chef's specials, we have a diverse and invigorating range of dishes for you to enjoy on our main menu:
CHICKEN SHISH TAOUK
Specially marinated pieces of succulent chicken breast grilled over charcoal.
GRILLED JAWANIH
Seasoned minced lamb mixed with spices and formed into sausages around skewers and grilled over charcoal.
GRILLED HALLOUMI SALAD (v)
Grilled halloumi cheese and crisp salad, lettuce, tomato and cucumber, served with olive oil and dressing.
IMAM BAYILDI (v)
A classic ottoman dish of roasted aubergine, stuffed with vegetables served with tomato sauce, salad, yogurt and rice.
CHICKEN SARMA BEYTI
Chicken kofta wrapped in bread topped with tomato sauce then drizzled with butter served with yogurt and rice.
YOGURT LAMB SHISH
Lean tender lamb cubes, grilled with diced toasted bread topped with yogurt and Mesopotamian sauce, (tomato) herb and finished with a drizzle of butter.

You can find our Turkish restaurant in Cardiff on 36 Wellfield Road, on the former site of Jasmin Restaurant, opposite Greggs and Coffee#1. There is ample free parking after 6:30pm, and for lunchtime diners, there is the Penylan pay and display carpark just a stone's throw away past the crossroads.
